I continue to keep you in my thoughts and wishing you well. I've been where you are, Sweetie and it isnt fun. However, the thing that you need to focus on is the fact that it WILL get better. I am glad you're home intact and I'm sorry things aren't cozy. I know the feeling you get when you think you're returning to your safe, foundation only to find the same ruin you left... only its worse because you have no hope of something better... At least at that moment. Maybe it's just me... Anyhow, I hope you take some time out for yourself and take care.

Don't worry how you will be perceived, you should know that you are already held in high regard by those with only an inkling of your charm. In any case, don't feel guilty taking time to care for yourself. You certainly deserve it. And you seem to have many devoted friends (from what I can tell) I'm sure they're available to lean on, so please lean. Damn, does this come across as a "Mom" speech?
